Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?

We begin processing orders immediately after being notified, which is typically within a few minutes.

If you have sent payment but have not received an order processing, double check that the address you sent the payment to matches the one found in your order confirmation email.

The receiving email is set up for auto-deposit and should accept payment immediately, allowing us to move to the next step of the order process.
